I smoked for 40 years. It took about two years to completely switch to vaping. Without desires, you can breathe easier.

I didn’t smoke much when I first started, but I was addicted within a year. I’ve been vaping for almost a year now, and it’s fantastic because it feels exactly like smoking, but I’ve reduced my nicotine intake to 0%. While it had me, vapor kept it from getting worse.

I smoked for 26 years before I was able to quit. I haven’t smoked in 4.5 years because I prefer to vape.

I’ve been a smoker since I was ten years old and will continue to be so until I turn 38 in September 2022. I’m so grateful for flavors and vaping! It was solely responsible for my ability to quit smoking. I haven’t smoked in over a month, and just giving up cigarettes has made me feel so much better. I smoked for about 28 years before finally quitting due to the incredible harm reduction that is vaping.
